“Hi Ravi,

Its been a cold winter this year… the frost this year has really been unparalleled in the last many years.

However all these factors notwithstanding, and also the fact that I have been here for the entire stretch of the winters, I am really happy to report that have not really felt the severity of the cold.

The thanks is all due to you for insisting on the insulated windows and doors and the stone cladding etc… Life has been quite comfortable in the mountains with a nice cozy home. This fact has been endorsed by a lot of visitors as well. We hope to see you soon…”
