Conversion of Charles Correa Residence to Fabindia Showroom & Offices
The former office & residence of eminent architect Charles Correa at 54, 17th Main, Koramangala, Bangalore was converted by Ravi Kaimal into showrooms and offices for Fabindia Overseas in 1995-96
This project has been described in the book on Fabindia by Radhika Singh.

IT SEZ-Part of ERM Consortium
KCA was part of the ERM consortium to create a vibrant world class IT community that sets a precedent for the integration of work place and lifestyle facilities on a 60 acre site on the Gurgaon-Faridabad road in Haryana.
This iconic development was set in a unique environment that turned the constraints of the site into a multi-seasonal landscape. The buildings were designed to minimize environmental footprint.
